And she was seen out with her bundle of joy for the first time on Sunday, as she took the little one for a stroll through a Cleveland, Ohio park.
Pushing little True in a pushchair, the Good American Jeans co-founder, 33, showed off her incredible post-baby figure as she slipped into a pair of tight yoga leggings which made the most of her bountiful curves.
Khloe, who has been in Ohio since the birth of her daughter April 12, flattered her figure in a clingy leggings and a tight black t-shirt.
The reality beauty wore her signature Yeezy kicks and wide sunglasses during the daytime outing, while she her long blonde tresses fell over her shoulders in loose curls.
Meanwhile, True was tucked inside of her baby carriage and a light white blanket was placed over to shield her from the harsh sun.
During the mother- daughter outing, Khloe looked every inch the doting mum as she lovingly gazed down at her little one.
The blonde beauty had the help of a trusty assistant while out and about, and looked proudly on as a park goer greeted her baby.
The family outing comes as the Revenge Body hostess appears to be forgiving NBA beau Tristan Thompson for his infidelity after five different women came forth with stories about hooking up with the athlete last month.
